Le b\u00c3\u00a2timent sera livr\u00c3\u00a9 en juin 2007 comme pr\u00c3\u00a9vu, pour accueillir le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers \u00c3\u00a9tudiants feront leur entr\u00c3\u00a9e en ao\u00c3\u00bbt. Jusqu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c3\u00a0 maintenant, on se rend compte qu\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un projet de partenariat public-priv\u00c3\u00a9(PPP) peut tr\u00c3\u00a8s bien fonctionner \u00c2\u00bb, commentait Serge B\u00c3\u00a9rub\u00c3\u00a9, responsable du projet pour l&rsquo;UQAR.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ici le d\u00c3\u00a9but novembre, l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122enveloppe ext\u00c3\u00a9rieure du b\u00c3\u00a2timent sera compl\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9e et la toiture sera \u00c3\u00a9tanche. Les ouvriers pourront alors travailler \u00c3\u00a0 l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122int\u00c3\u00a9rieur pour proc\u00c3\u00a9der aux travaux de distribution m\u00c3\u00a9canique et \u00c3\u00a9lectrique : plomberie, \u00c3\u00a9lectricit\u00c3\u00a9, chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, tandis que d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122autres s\u00e2\u20ac\u2122occuperont de la finition int\u00c3\u00a9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e2\u20ac\u2122am\u00c3\u00a9nagement d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un vaste stationnement de 550 cases est aussi pr\u00c3\u00a9vu.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.journaldelevis.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/www.levisurbain.ca\/images\/jdlevis.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><br \/>Article de Marilyne Lavoie.
