Si votre voisin mettrait des réservoirs de gaz géant à côté de chez vous, vous seriez bien content qu’une loi vous aide à défendre votre sécurité. Beaumont ne dit pas à Lévis quoi faire de son territoire. Ce réglement touche seulement les matières dangereuses comme le gaz naturel. Il se veut une réplique au promoteur irrespectueux qui après un refus à 72% de la part des gens des Beaumontois, se tasse naîvement en pensant qu’il peut faire à sa guise…Heureusement qu’il y a des moyens légaux pour empêcher la construction d’une industrie lourde en milieu résidentiel et agricole…
