Pendant qu’à Québec on sert la vis au promoteurs, à Lévis on continue de ramper mollement face à des développeurs qui ne pense qu’à construire vite vite pendant que le marché est élevé. D’ailleurs je m’intéroge sur la densification à Lévis. Depuis plusieurs années, on nous dit que l’on doit densifier les secteurs urbanisés alors qu’on ne cesse d’ouvrir de nouvelles rues et de dézonner des secteurs agricoles…
