Fri, 22 Jun 2012 19:59:39 +0000http://www.levisurbain.ca/?p=5556#comment-2787J’ai de la difficulté à comprendre pourquoi on veut interdire une terrasse (je dirais plutôt une mini-terrasse) dans une entreprise florissante qui se trouve dans une zone commerciale. Ce dilemme dure depuis des années et ce ne sera jamais fini. Peut-on protéger nos abords du fleuve pour en faire des attentions touristiques de services ou commerciales qui attirent des visiteurs de partout au lieu de construire des condos qui prônent le pas dans ma cour ou j’ai pas acheté pour ça. Hum, vous avez acheté une vue pas la vie d’un quartier. Juste l’autre bord de Lévis, tout est en fait fonction des touristes, des visiteurs qui proviennent aussi de Lévis. Et nous de ce côté, on a quoi ? des condos de luxe et des stationnements à ciel ouvert. Faut pas trop que ça bouge car la police fera l’ordre. Dans le plan d’aménagement de la traverse, il faudra penser à cela : en faire un secteur accessible à tous ou seulement à des gens fortunés qui veulent une vue sur Québec et sur le fleuve, en vociférant qu’ils ont payé pour ça !

Fri, 22 Jun 2012 01:59:56 +0000http://www.levisurbain.ca/?p=5556#comment-2786Voilà un événement bien malheureux, alors que la ville va investir des millions de dollars pour revamper le secteur de la traverse, un commerce unique sur la rive-sud qui dynamisait le secteur va quitter pour Québec. C’est habituellement ce qui se passe quand on fait cohabiter des résidences luxueuses habitées par des gens fortunés qui ne veulent aucun désagrément dans leur milieu. Ces personnes feront-elles la vier dure aux commerces qui s’implanteront éverntuellement dans le secteur? Les problèmes du Corsaires vont-ils inciter d’autres hommes d’affaires à bouder ce secteur? Les condos dans ce secteurs sont sûrement lucratif pour la ville; cependant s’agira-t-il d’une mauvaise décision de les avoir permis eu égard au développement futur du sectuer?
